15 Daysreturn period from delivery
You may return a product within 15 days from the date of delivery. Simply initiate a return from the My Orders section in your Microfone account or contact us at support@microfone.in with your order number.
Eligible Conditions
A return will be accepted if:
- The product is in its original condition without additional damage
- All accessories included with the product are returned
- The IMEI number must match the device originally delivered
- Product is returned in its original packaging
Refund Process
Here is how we process your refund:
- Initiate your return from the My Orders section in your account
- Free pickup will be scheduled from your address
- Device inspection within 2 business days of receiving the return
- Refund processed in 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with physical damage caused by the user after delivery
- Devices with missing accessories that were included at the time of delivery
- Devices where the IMEI number does not match the originally delivered unit
- Accessories (screen protectors, cases, cables) unless they are defective on arrival
Exchange Policy
Want a different device? You can exchange your purchase for the same or a higher-value model. Any price difference will be adjusted and charged or refunded accordingly. To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@microfone.in within the 15-day return window.
