Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers the following issues:

• Display issues — dead pixels, flickering, touch unresponsiveness
• Battery degradation — significant drop below expected health
• Motherboard — hardware failures and boot issues
• Charging port — loose connection or failure to charge
• Speaker & microphone — audio distortion or failure
• Camera — blurry images, autofocus failure, black screen
• WiFi & Bluetooth — connectivity failures
• Proximity & gyroscope sensors — sensor malfunctions
• Software glitches — OS-level bugs and crashes
• Earpiece — low volume or no sound during calls

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical or liquid damage — cracked screens, dents, water ingress
• Unauthorised modifications — third-party repairs or part replacements
• Cosmetic wear — minor scratches or scuffs from normal use
• Rooted or jailbroken devices — software-modified devices void the warranty
• Accessories damage — chargers, cables, earphones not originally included
• Normal battery wear — gradual capacity reduction from regular use
• Third-party repairs — devices serviced outside Microfone's authorised network

Follow these 4 simple steps to claim your warranty:

• Step 1: Email support@microfone.in with your order number and a description of the issue
• Step 2: Our team will assess the issue and guide you through troubleshooting or next steps
• Step 3: If needed, we arrange a free pickup from your address
• Step 4: Repair or replacement completed within 7-10 business days
