All preowned and brand-new phones listed on Microfone are genuine, verified devices. We guarantee:
- Every device undergoes a rigorous 72-point quality check before listing
- All devices carry a valid, unblocked IMEI number
- Theft-free guarantee — every device is verified against stolen device databases
- Factory reset and data wipe performed on every device
Preowned Phone Grades
Preowned devices on Microfone are categorised into three condition grades. Brand-new phones are sold sealed and do not carry a grade.
- Superb: Like-new condition with minimal to no signs of use. Battery health above 95%. Comes with all original accessories.
- Good: Minor scratches or signs of use that are barely noticeable. Battery health above 80%. Fully functional. Comes with essential accessories.
- Fair: Visible signs of wear including scratches or minor dents. Battery health above 70%. Fully functional with no impact on performance. Charger included.
Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) only
- Prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- Microfone reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honoured.
Order & Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return instead.
- Preowned phones are unique items (quantity of 1 per device). Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws
- Attempt to manipulate prices, reviews, or listings through automated means
- Sell stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained devices through our sell-your-phone service
- Interfere with the Website's security or functionality
Limitation of Liability
Microfone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Website or products purchased. Our total liability in any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted under Indian law.
